Exchange

Due to measures related to COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending the return and repair of jewellery. Since our store is closed by government decision, we will take care of your jewelry as soon as the measures are lifted.

Until then, we will gladly respond via Instagram @atelierpaulin or via the contact form on our site.

1/ We do not exchange Customized creations.  

If it is too small, we can add a setting ring; if it is too big, we can re-adjust it.

2 / Collection or series jewels

We can exchange the jewelry if it has not been worn, within a period of 3 weeks following the purchase of the jewelry.
