Each Atelier Paulin piece of jewelry is made from a single precious metal wire, hand-formed by hand and on request in our Parisian workshop.

PACKAGING
Each piece of jewelry is delivered in its Atelier Paulin signature packaging with its warranty certificate. A gift packaging can be requested in your shopping cart.

Avoid contact with household products.
Your jewelry can be exposed to water without any worries.

WARRANTY
Your jewelry is warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Personalized jewelry is made on demand, they are neither taken back nor exchanged.
Non-personalized jewelry can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The manufacturing lead time for a piece of jewelry is 3 working days for 14-carat goldfilled and sterling silver 925 and 5 working days for 18-carat gold pieces. Each piece of jewelry is shaped by hand by an artisan and on demand. After a quality control, your order is prepared for shipment.

The delivery time varies according to the carrier: generally 48 to 72 hours when the order leaves our workshop. You will then be informed by email. Please allow 5 to 10 working days between the validation of your order and its reception.

MATERIALS

The 18-carat vermeil wire: Vermeil is made exclusively of precious metals. A base of solid 925 silver, coated with 18 karat gold. The layer of gold that is plated on the silver prevents any risk of allergy and reaction. Gold being an unalterable precious metal, vermeil objects are free of oxidation and rust. Thickness of 5 microns of gold 750/1000e.

The sterling silver 925 wire: Sterling silver wire is a silver alloy containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. It has a minimum fineness of 925 thousandths, or 37⁄ 40 of silver. 925 sterling silver has a bright, shiny white color. This formula is hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial, making it ideal for sensitive skin.
